Here Completely – York Street (Primary)

Here Completely – York Street is our primary Sydney CBD location, offering individual therapy, couples counselling, and consulting rooms for mental health professionals.

Located at Level 9, 131 York Street—directly across from Town Hall Station—this is one of the most accessible therapy locations in the city. The space is modern, calm, and purpose-designed for private, professional care.

Our practitioners include psychologists, counsellors, and social workers, each operating independently within the Here Completely network. Many offer Medicare rebates with a Mental Health Care Plan, depending on their registration.

York Street is our most active location, with strong weekday and Saturday availability. It’s a good fit for those looking for consistent, easy-to-access therapy in a well-connected part of Sydney.

We also offer fully equipped consulting rooms for rent for practitioners building or growing their private practice.

Finding the Building

The building is directly behind the Queen Victoria Building (QVB), above Abbey's Bookstore. You'll see Abbey's Bookstore at street level — the entrance to 131 York Street is right there.

Getting There

  • By Train: Town Hall Station is the closest — the building is immediately behind the QVB, so you'll be there in under 2 minutes from the station exit.

  • By Light Rail: The QVB light rail stop is steps away.

  • By Bus: The QVB bus station is right next to the building.

  • By Car: If you use the QVB carpark, you'll already know this building — it's right at the top of the exit ramp. Street parking and Wilson Parking are also nearby.

When You Arrive

Enter the building at 131 York Street (next to Abbey's Bookstore) and take the lift to Level 9. The reception area will be clearly signed.

You'll already be familiar with our call light system. In the new space, we'll have two panels, so check with your provider whether you can reach them via the panel on the left or right side of the waiting room.

The building has three lifts and is fully accessible.

Everything else about your appointments stays the same, just a new address. If you have any questions or need help finding us on your first visit, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
