Style of Coaching
In a room full of people incentivised to agree with you, Laura is the one who’ll tell you what it's actually costing you. Direct, warm, and honest. She works at the intersection of clinical psychology and leadership, not as a traditional therapist but as a confidential thinking partner.
Laura doesn’t tell you what to do. She helps you see what’s driving your patterns so you can choose differently. She helps you cut through the noise, get clear on what you actually want, and build success that’s sustainable, not success that quietly costs you your relationships, your health, or your sense of self.
Because the leaders who don’t learn to regulate under pressure don’t just burn out, they erode the trust, the culture, and the relationships they spent years building.
Trauma-informed, queer-affirming, neurodivergent-informed, strengths-based, culturally responsive.
Modalities: EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), relational strategy, performance-focused pattern reprocessing, systemic and relational, compassion-focused.
Things You & Laura Might Address:
Founder burnout and leadership fatigue
Decision-making under pressure
Relational blind spots that are quietly costing your business and your relationships
Stress that's showing up in your body (panic attacks, vertigo, insomnia, shutdown)
The gap between how well things look and how they actually feel
Patterns of over-functioning, people-pleasing, or avoiding conflict
Navigating power dynamics in business partnerships and teams
Building emotional capacity so growth doesn't come at the cost of your health or your relationships
Getting honest about what you want and removing what's in the way of it
Life and career transitions, including pivoting leadership style, stepping into new roles, or scaling without burning out
Clinical Psychologist, Executive Coach, Founder & Leadership Advisory
Laura is a Clinical Psychologist, Executive Coach, and Relational Strategist based in Sydney, working with founders, leaders, and high-performers navigating the intersection of performance, pressure, and relationships.
The people who come to this work are ambitious and driven. They’ve built something real, but somewhere along the way the cost started showing. The business grew but the relationships thinned. The decisions got faster but the clarity got muddier. They got good at performing and lost connection to what they were actually building for.
Laura’s work reconnects people to the relationship they have with themselves, their teams, their businesses, and the people around them, so that what they build next is something they actually want to live inside of.
She specialises in supporting leaders navigating burnout, decision fatigue, relational strain, and the patterns that repeat inside leadership when nobody else is willing to name them. Her approach helps people get clear on what matters, see what's been getting in the way, and build the capacity to act on it without burning out in the process.
Her work draws on evidence-based psychological methods, including EMDR, performance-focused pattern reprocessing, and relational strategy. She brings the depth of a clinician and the directness of a trusted thinking partner.
Laura’s practice is queer-affirming, neurodivergent-informed, and built for people who want to be challenged as much as they want to be understood.
Laura is no longer accepting therapy or psychology clients. She is currently offering advisory containers only.
What Laura’s About
Sicilian roots, Melbourne heart, Sydney hustle. As a first-generation Australian born to immigrant parents, Laura carries a deep understanding of what it means to navigate identity, belonging, and the cultural weight of building something from scratch. It shapes how she sees the world and how she works.
As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, she brings a firsthand understanding of what it takes to lead, build, and perform when your brain doesn’t work in straight lines. It’s not a footnote in her work; it’s central to it.
When she’s not in session, you’ll find her on the jiu-jitsu mat sharpening her skills, training for the half-marathon (hello millennial midlife crisis), or hunting down the most delicious pasta bars Sydney has to offer (please come at me with your recs!).
