Warm, Collaborative, Insightful, Curious. Strong values of social justice and a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.

Modalities: Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Solution-focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Systemic Family Therapy, Dialogical Psychotherapy, Gottman Therapy, Systemic Family Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused. You might feel unsafe at work or at home. Isolated from others or unknown by others.

Gill is a Clinical Counsellor and Couple/Family Therapist. She believes that you hold the key to creating a more fulfilled and connected life. She will help you to understand yourself and the origins of your struggles.

Sometimes the origins of your struggles may be very obvious to you, and sometimes not. Either way, she will work with you to find a path to a more fulfilled life and relationships.

Gill cares very deeply that the time you spend in therapy is useful.
