Katherine is a clinical psychologist with family systems training. She wants to help you build a better relationships, let go of limiting beliefs and teach you how to reach your goals.
She works from a feminist perspective with specific training in IVF and Fertility and Endometriosis challenges. She’s pretty much got women’s issues covered.
Katherine is trauma informed, and trained in clinical psychology. She works with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), schema therapy, systems therapy,/ family therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). She works from an individual perspective or a whole family perspective.
